What to know about Mastering AI in AEC?

Dear Friends - Welcome to the 12th edition of the Mastering AI in AEC waitlist! (For earlier versions, please see the end of this email.)
First of all - congrats! This is the final edition of the waitlist email and I'm currently finalizing the last few details to get everything ready for the launch on Tuesday.

1. What is the Mastering AI in AEC course?
Mastering AI in AEC digital course is a comprehensive one-stop-shop course for all interested AEC professionals. It teaches a wide range of use cases in the AEC industry, helping every course taker to gain the knowledge, the understanding and the AI skills for years to come.
2. Who is the course for?
The course is made for all interested AEC professionals. The knowledge inside is applicable to any architect, engineer, designer, constructor, BIM professional, consultant, manager - or any other AEC person who works with technology.
You don't need any previous AI-related knowledge, as we'll cover everything from the basics to superusers. Most tools we'll mention offer free trials and you don't need a paid license to get the learning points - but for a very limited number of lessons (like creating Custom GPTs) the paid version of an AI software (in that case ChatGPT at 20$ per month) will be necessary for your own testing - even though I make sure to explain and teach about everything before you go on a shopping spree.
3. What is taught inside the course?
The agenda is published on the course website and the course will take you along for a full circle around the AEC. 5. How is the course structured?
In pre-recorded lessons that you can take anytime - anywhere. You'll also get lifetime access to the course which means lifetime updates.

6. When will I be able to buy the course again?
The course will be for enrolment from May 7th to May 18th 2024. Afterwards, the course will close and it won't be possible to join in until late 2024.

7. How much does the course cost?
The nominal price of the course is only 297€. This is a very low price compared to other, similar courses, which range from 997€ to 31800€ (!!).
I priced it so low to be able to reach a wide audience and give everyone who understands that knowing AI is the key skill of the future a chance to get a great deal.
8. Is there an early-bird discount?
No. I priced the course this low as I want to give everyone who helped me shape the course a chance to enroll without breaking the bank.
This price is already an early-bird price, because I know the contents inside the course are a lot more valuable.
9. I'm from a low-income country - do I get a discount?
Potentially. If you do qualify for a discount based on purchasing power parity, on Tuesday, you'll see a purple banner at the top of this website with a code to use at checkout.
10. Will there be a certificate for those who finish the Mastering AI in AEC course?
Yes. All who finish will be issued a certificate of the course.
Moreover, if you finish the course in 2024, you will get a free 15 min video call with me to ask any extra questions you might have.
11. I'm still not sure about the course. What guarantees do you offer?
For anyone who enrolls now, I offer a 15-day risk-free period where you can try the course, listen to the lessons, and if you still decide that you're not happy - I will issue a full-refund with no questions asked.
Moreover, on the launch day (Tuesday), you'll see a video of me explaining the contents of the course on the course webpage - so you know exactly what you'll get by enrolling.
12. Why should I listen to you?
I created the world's largest database of AI tools for the AEC with more than 1000+ apps, where I looked into every single app on the list. Due to all the knowledge and insights I got from all this research, I even managed to open a company focused on education, consulting, and AI implementation and development.
My deep understanding of the AEC industry comes from all the knowledge I gained while working at one of the world's most famous architectural studios Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and at Europe's largest engineering practice Sweco. 13. Okay, I'm in, how can I pay for the course?

The payment gateway will be active on Tuesday and in 99% of cases, it works without any issues.
However, if you need an invoice issued directly to your company, please send an email with details to [email protected] before May 18th and, after the invoice is covered, I'll send you a code to access the course.
14. I want to get others to join in too. Do you offer affiliate links?
Not at this time, because I want the first course takers to truly love the course before recommending it. 15. Is it possible to get a group discount for my whole company or my university?
