When will Mastering AI in AEC launch?

- I’ll be launching the course on May 7th and close the signups on May 18th.
- I’m giving everyone a 15-day risk-free access, which means a full refund within 15 days if anyone isn’t happy with the course.
- I’m revealing the secret bonus the course alumni will get as well as the small, but very important, changes to the agenda.
Dear Friends - Welcome to the 10th edition of the Mastering AI in AEC waitlist! (For earlier versions, please see the end of this email.)
As mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I’ll keep this and the next few emails short, as all my time is focused on building the course.
After last week’s email where I revealed the price of the course, now’s the time to reveal the launch date.
So, let’s get right into it.
1. Launch Date
After more than a year of research and months of getting ready to launch, I can see the launch of Mastering AI in AEC course on the horizon. It’s a comprehensive course covering a wide variety of topics, challenges, all with the aim to teach course participants about AI in our dear industry.
The course will launch on May 7th 2024, and it will stay open for signups until May 18th 2024.
In these 12 launch days, you will receive emails about the details of the course, as I want everyone to know what they’re signing up for before they click buy. However, if you’ve been on this waitlist for at least a few weeks, you should already know most details - but I don’t want anyone to miss these emails.
The course signups will close on May 18th which means that that’s the last day where you’ll be able to buy the course.
All who buy in that period will get lifetime access to the course, meaning all future updates will be included free of charge.
I do plan on relaunching the course in late 2024, but it will be more expensive, as I’ll incorporate the feedback and improve the course over time.
If you buy now, you’re essentially locking in the price, which, again, won’t be lower than it is now.
As I mentioned a few times, I’m not a marketer nor a sales guy - I’m an AEC professional on a mission to educate everyone interested in AI on important methods, techniques and of course software they can use in their work and life.
The goal is to have the alumni of the course equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills for any future AI challenge, as this course serves as a great fundamental basis of AI knowledge within the AEC.
Moreover, I’m creating an accessible product for most (as discussed last week with the price and PPP), as, due to constant projects and deadlines, most AEC professionals don’t have time for important AI research and testing.
But thankfully - I do.
I spent the last year and a half researching AI in AEC and my R&D time only increased ever since I started my company a few months ago.
I believe there’s a great need for a product like the Mastering AI in AEC course.
The reason is because this is the alternative:
- Only the big AEC companies have the resources to invest in R&D.
- Most of the top performing people can’t share their knowledge due to their company’s policies.
- Legit AI talent is hard to come by because AI is incredibly wide and people can waste months (and money) on courses that don’t deliver on their promise.
And when you realise that the large majority of AEC companies are smaller than 100 people (in Denmark, a whole 96%!), it’s impossible to expect these small companies to have the budget and the time for AI research, testing, and implementation.
And that’s why I believe this course is the perfect fit for all those AEC companies and their members - Mastering AI in AEC is a one-stop-shop for all the important AI knowledge and methods for daily usage and implementation.
2. Risk Free Access
Given this is my first product, I’m taking responsibility for any issues, mistakes, or problems you might face with the course.
And that’s why I’m including a 15-day risk-free refund period for anyone who buys.
As the course is a few hours long (I’m still creating the course, so I can’t say exactly how long), everyone can basically take the course and email me within the first 15 days that they want a full refund - and I’ll issue it with no questions asked.
If you follow me and my work for a while, I believe you already know the high quality of my stuff. I, of course, hope that no refunds ever happen, but because I want everyone who buys to feel safe and comfortable is the reason I’m including it.
3. Secret Bonus
When I published the course agenda in an email a few weeks ago, I added that the Chapter 9 includes a secret bonus - and it does.
Today, I'm revealing it.
Because I want every course taker from this first edition to have all their questions answered, I’m including a 15-min free meeting with me for all the course alumni.
This means that when you finish the course, and potentially still have a few questions unanswered - we can meet 1 to 1 for me to assist you all the way.
We all know that time is something that’s most valuable we have - so I’m giving my time away because I care about your transformation and the global change we so desperately need in the AEC.
And yes, given that there are more than 1100+ people on this list who will potentially buy, I’m limiting this bonus to all the alumni who finish the course within 2024.
Finally, I have a quick update on the agenda:
In order to create a comprehensive course that you can use and implement immediately, I improved the agenda in a few parts:
- Chapter 4 (AI for Everyone) is now covering BIM, Data & Documentation, and and a lesson on Custom GPTs.
- Chapter 6 is now covering MEP & Infrastructure, to cater to all the infrastructure AEC professionals too.
- Small changes in naming, as well as smaller future changes can be expected as I'm working around the clock on the course - but don't worry - you're getting more relevance - not less.

- I've employed a design specialist to redesign the AI in AEC website to make it ready for the launch, so some changes can be expected in the look and feel of it. It's all for a smoother website experience.

- Some have been asking me if it's possible to issue invoices for the upcoming course. The answer is yes, this is possible, but you need to send me company info to [email protected] - and you'll be getting the access on May 7th.
For most people though, there will be possibility to pay for the course with a credit/debit card, so no worries - just a bit more patience while I'm working hard on the course creation and the backend too!
I'm excited about my travel to Vienna tomorrow - I'll be visiting the Technical University of Wien to deliver an AI in AEC presentation and workshop! The presentation will be streamed to RICS members too - and I can't wait for all the custom GPTs the students will create in the workshop!
After this short trip - it's all course creation time until the launch.
