Most AEC firms get stuck with AI
Most firms fail not because successful firm-wide AI adoption is impossible, but because they skip the foundational part. We've watched it happen enough times to know the pattern.
Single AI champions burning out
You buy software before you understand what you're trying to fix.
Leadership unable to evaluate ROI on AI investment
You buy software before you understand what you're trying to fix.
Adoption that fragments by department
You buy software before you understand what you're trying to fix.
AI experimentation without measurable outcomes
You buy software before you understand what you're trying to fix.
Tools bought before workflows are understood
Everyone's talking about generative AI, so you chase it. Then you're stuck with a tool that doesn't move your needle.
Teams overwhelmed by 60,000+ AI options
You could automate a hundred things. You should automate three. Most firms never figure out which three.
