Hey, I’m Stjepan Mikulic — and I know first-hand how tough it is to drive innovation inside an AEC firm. Before I started working with firms around the world on AI implementation, I spent years working in the architecture and construction environment, watching talented teams deal with constant rework, tight deadlines, inefficient tools, and the same question over and over again: “How do we work smarter — not harder — without disrupting what already works?” That question became my mission. Today, I run AI in AEC, a company built to help architecture, engineering, and construction firms adopt AI in a way that’s practical, lean, and profitable — not overwhelming or theoretical.
